Thanks- Company needs to keep some assets and not pay down all debts & pfd in order to have some hope of using the nols. Would like to have some resources to take advantage of a possible major shock in the junk credit market in the future. I am for converting the pfd & 100 million of the notes to common and hope to pay down all the rest very soon with American Roads & Litigation. Maybe the pfd will be at some discount if upside is visible.
