TCA will be more upset than we are if it is the case. In July INVT should start paying the first payment to TCA, if INVT doesn't have cash, it will convert notes with 15% discount to TCA. $100K as 4c/share would be around 2.5M shares, with current thin bid, 2.5M will strike the price under 1c. TCA will lose at least 80% of their cash. Remember there will be another 35 more payment due. Calculate how much TCA would lose.

TCA is not fool to loan 2.5-4M cash then get 10-0% back. They have risk control better than us. Therefore it won't happen. Before July INVT will have cash in hand and pps will go above at least 20c IMO.
