OMG you mean they had to secure some cash for this important Jump-->Taking the company from $35 million in revenue to >$100 million when it is all said and done lol

Yea thats what you have to do when you can't get fed banking loans....

Now if they sold 500 million shares again like 2 years ago....then i would be pissed

But this loan is needed at a critical time and the upside is HUGE

The terms are favorable, compared to previous toxic financing.
