Yes, the SEC charges may take a couple years or more to file. Meanwhile CHIT languishes amid the fraud investigation and the fact that investors won't buy into a scam like this.

I see that investors that were hoping for some gains are now just trying to convince other to buy their worthless shares because no one wants them at any price.
