That's funny. You know the subject will come up because one of Hurd's aides will have done a ton of research. Hey Jack, nice idea to build a refinery but why is your stock in the toilet? What have you done with the millions of dollars from the toxic loans? Jack replies, uhhh, hmmm, wellll, I gotta flagpole. So what you're telling me is the market does not believe in you or the progress you made, correct? Well, uh, um, um, I gotta flagpole, oh and I had them put a piece of pipe right over there!

Sorry to say but a REAL company with a REAL CEO who actually makes REAL deals and has a REAL history would have had this stock over $5 by now and he would have never needed toxic loans.
