ah here it is. its still all good for tnw because they are mandating giving the big 3 rogers is a big 3 my mistake, 1 month to come uo with cheaper data only plans which tnw offers anyway. crtc not mandating incumbents to open up their networks to smaller players that offered service over Wi-Fi first, but relied on the incumbents’ infrastructure when customers lost Wi-Fi connections. These providers don’t build complete facilities-based networks. As it stands, the Big Three may enter into agreements to provide such services, but it is not mandatory.
