I liked the part where he said the blame was his on the RS/Reg A/Phoenix SNAFU.

A person with poor character somehow always avoids taking blame, they seem to have an ingrained ability to redirect and make others look bad while minimizing their role.

How Brad handled that and boldly stated it was his mistake and he took 100% blame spoke loudly to me.
