Very good post Whitecoal. I must admit I had not thought about the permit going under the university permit umbrella. Am not saying you are correct but certainly as plausable as some posters "contact" telling him (or her) nothing is filed.
Sometimes I need to remind myself what has happened in the last year with this company...
1) they got rid of the Soffin legal case and are countersuing him for 7 years of legal costs
2) they moved the facility to Wyoming
3) they partnered with University of Wyoming (who admitted they receive several technology requests per month but chose this one) AND partnerships wuth three additional univerrsities in Australia
4) they engaged Kiewit to restart the facility and run final tests that were successful
5) they removed all toxic convertible debt from their balance sheet
6) they forced a supplier to reduce their bill in excess of $500,000
7) they got upgraded to OTCQB and off Pink Sheets
8) they were approached by the Australian government and have been working with them to secure partnerships across Australia.
9) they received a $100,000 non refundable license deposit from Wyoming New Power
10) they met with the ministerfor coal in India (pretty big and important sit down meeting)
11) they met with the head people in three of the largest energy houses in India and have scheduled sample batches of 500 ton to be sent to Wyoming once the plant is reassembled.
12) they have been in talks with one of the largest Russian energy companys who is also sending over 500 ton coal sample
13) they are receiving coal sample from a group in Saudi Arabia (I like this opportunity)
14) their SEC filings were early (for those that struggle with this and do not believe you can file early let me clarify...they filed before the deadline..mmmhhh which in my world means early but so be it)
15) they have been granted full patents in the US, EURASIA,SOUTH AMERICA and CHINA
16) the pristine technology has been presented to Sec Perry.
17) they completed the testing for the DOE who are reviewing the results (unfortunately they are not in charge of DOE speed or timeframe)
So altogether I would say it has been a very strong year for the company. Alas the share price is not reflecting that which is why I have been buying and will continue to buy at these levels
When you look beyond the share price I think these two guys have done a lot and to constantly call them "clowns" is more a reflection of the poster thab it is management
