Again. How long does it take to transfer money?

I heard E*TRADE takes like 3-5 business days to do ACH transfer.

With TD I can do an ACH transfer before 5pm EST then I can trade next morning marginable equities.

But penny stocks I have to wait to settle after 3 business days.

So E*TRADE is only faster if they allow next day deposit.

Otherwise seems the same to me.
