It takes 2 year to build a ship......need $$$ to build it. Not only they need to build ship but to expand their current onshore facility. They need to be operational by 2021/2012. If they want to go public, they will have to do so before the end of 2018. They don’t have much time left......lots to do. In other words, they are Very very busy now behind the scene. I am 100% sure they will go public with TGLO, but I can’t be sure what assets they are going to put into the shell.
