LMAO!!! Yep! It was Treaty incompetence which was then used as an excuse to hide the fact that there was no oil, except for the can of 10-30 Penzoil that was found in the woods used to fake oil shows, and the whole Belize scam is fully documented in the court records!

Now Treaty's Clownfish team are trying to float another turd lie to detract from the fact that Treaty has nothing? Except over $10m in debt,$0 Revenue, ZERO Assets, Disgorgement, Fines, Interest, and who knows how many liens coming, and zero stock to issue! Which obviously means a MASSIVE increase in shares or a MASSIVE reverse split!
In reality Treaty will be REVOKED!
