Congressman Hurd has a Chief of Staff and other employees who investigate anytime the Congressman travels to make public appearances that there will be no embarrassment.

It is obvious that Congressman Hurd is convinced that a new refinery is going to be built (by MMEX) and is taking a photo op to appear at the site.

This is no mistake!

Those that do not believe MMEX will be building a refinery are just plain wrong.

As far as President Trump saying something..... he will!!!

This is a major infrastructure operation that will mean the employment of hundreds of workers. Trump will not miss the chance to show his "base" that he keeps his promises.

This new refinery will become news on every cable and main stream media channel. It is news! Good news!!

With the price of oil on the rise, there is no question that a new refinery will be applauded.

MMEX is in the mix, at the right time, in the right place.

We are looking at a stock that is below a penny, but will rise into the dimes and quarters once the financing agreement is announced.

I congratulate all MMEX shareholders for taking a chance, but will prove made the right choice.
