$ ONCI. Not sure the purpose of the 60 Million T-Trade today but as a rule T-Trades that are sells are from debt holders but as you say as a rule the Buy T-Trades are from Huge Buyers as not to effect the intro trading durning the day so much and the T-Trades this week was mostly Buys so my guess its from traders in the know about the Huge Contracts that Steve and the Sales Reps are signing now and the Sales Reps would be looking at ONCI as a good investment if they the ones doing the contracts so if i were a Sales Rep i would probably be Buying all the shares of ONCI that i could and i am doing it not being a Sales Rep but my bet is that Sales reps for ONCI are doing some Buying of ONCI Shares JMO.
