Big, I believe you may be right. GKG is not viable, they know it is dead. But the shell may be worth something if they come up with a new product. Launching a new product under the VSPC banner would save the time and effort of all the SEC stuff? The management team will have the vast majority of the shares, many at highly discounted rates. So roll out new product and get a big PPS bounce. PAYDAY! People will buy almost anything if it is packaged right. IE GIANT KING GRASS!!!! They know how to market to Sheeple and have been very successful. Why not ride the wave again? The lack of PR and the fact that the Hawaii monies do not appear to have materialized means they are plotting on how to take another 55 million from folks with NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
