No They are here still in the USA operating other businesses. They did bilk many of us but that will not stop them from continuing to try and bilk others. They have their hands in many different schemes. What we who have been duped must do, IMO ,is to warn anyone, (just like Lighter than Air) tried to do for so long, to stay away from anything the Rositanos are involved with, and i mean all of them.( sons, brothers, cousins, spouses) everyone IMO> They are practiced scam artists in my opinion and should be indicted, but they won't be, so beware.
