How come when it went to QB it was meaningless, and if it goes back to pink it has meaning? You're confusing me. In my opinion, it doesn't matter where it goes if a refinery is being built. Annnnd, a refinery is getting built. MMEX is the highest potential play on the OTC - pink, QB, blue, or green(my personal favourite).
