-GSI website is www.gsi-networks.com (yes there is another domain name but it is to catch anyone mis-spelling it not using the dash- normal)

-the "info" email address on website is broken and will bounce.

-the website submit contact request form seems to work but no reply yet.

-the phone number on website is valid but will go to VM- (they are slammed with calls since the news and are unable to handle the call volume).

the email for Holly bounces. both phone numbers work

-IR contact phone# is in the press release and is legit

-VPER is current on OTC but not audited

-VPER looks like they cleaned up their act from a long time ago - were dicey at one time? some of the long timers here have info.

-VPER and GSI have real, legitimate plans and appear to have put a lot of work and effort into this deal, which should benefit both greatly.

-VPER 1.4m mkt cap, with the close of this deal would be officially undervalued by a minimum of 23.6m (based on gsi revenue and assuming a 1/4x revenue mrkt cap multiple to be ultra conservative.

I discussed the GSI website email and phone number issues with the GSI CFO today on my 45 minute call. Very sharp guy and wholeheartedly believes the synergy between VPER / GSI will be hugely beneficial for both.

He apologized about the website contact issues and stated they will be transitioning to VPER's phone system and other systems like email / web etc, and admitted their focus was never much on the back office systems but more on mfr, sales and revenue. - i'm ok with that :D.

overall -sounds like a rather solid done deal is coming yes?

My DD finds this 100% legit. If anyone here has actually taken the time to research GSI properly, make some phone calls, you may come to the same conclusion:

I want to thank member CHIEFS-TECH-ANALYSIS for bringing the chart TA to my attention and calling it as a run about to erupt- and it is- and for damn good reason.

given the situation i would estimate valuation of VPER to be 0.25x - 0.50x of GSI revenue of 100m, which would put VPER at about 25m to 50m cap

what is VPER cap now- 1.4m? Hmm...

GSI is killing it on orders
GSI is a 'buy USA first' company with gov orders
VPER will provide GSI with stable US based manufacturing, better quality control and cost of mfr, and access to VPER other technology.
GSI offers a whopping unheard of 20yr warranty on their LED retrofit lighting- killing the competition in the infrastructure lighting space.
GSI sells to gov state and local, POs get paid thanks to Trump infrastructure money. (captive market audience with budgeted money to spend)
GSI office is located in famous Willis tower Chicago- highly prestigious address of major significance
GSI is growing, has been in business for some time, and is a 100% legit healthy private company.

VPER will add GSI's revenue to its bottom line, and therefore is undervalued.

the move appears synergistic for both companies and makes solid business sense.
