ACGX: After looking into the Abcon agreement with a little bit of studious effort I have come to realize this is a great partnership which has been formed " to help better grow both of our companys" as quoting Abcon CEO T.J.Sprague. The packaging division of ACGX has been holding very steady revenues for the last 5 years at the 10 to 12 mill level. This is a very well thought out and strategic partnership as both companies hold key relationships with wholesalers and retailers of finished products. Seeing how ACGX COO Mr. Sorkin bought the trucking company only a few years ago for only $300,000 and is now generating 5 mill revenues. That in addition to the low ACGX warehouse storage space fees and it's close proximity to clamshell suppliers it subcontracts for and specific labels for clients, allows this partnership to ship and deliver from its 6 warehouses with a higher profit margin through both Abcon's relationships with the berry and fruit producing companies in southern cal, such as Driscoll whose head offices are 2 doors down from Abcon. Even though Abcon is not as large as ACGX the strategics of having everyday business at the right location nurtures great existing relationships...

What in the world is happening with a 2-5 million dollar company with a foot in the door at the right place at the right time such as Abcon and the partnership. And if anyone had any doubts about Abcon, the people that run Abcon live in million dollar homes, and have no problem paying their bills. They don't have this from owning a company that isn't doing a good business, and they obviously have some great pull where they are in their business niche...
