Reverse split NEVER worsk for current common shareholders.

Ever.

RS , in general, are primarily a tool for letting the 'new people or new acquisition' a larger piece of the equity post RS thereby diluting the old shareholder's ownership of the equity.

Not a good idea.

IMO.
