TR: RUFUS 15 Billion under contract

Is that waht Rufus said in the last interview on subpenny radio?

I couldn't quite make out that part.

not totally correct. Rufus said they have 9.4bill in bonds and that they are under contract for a total of 15 Bill that the banks are still processing. SO dont expect a PR until the banks are done processing the bond aggreements
