What compensation for development?

Was there some prearranged deal that shareholders aren't privy to?

Who made the deal to give it back?

Telling me King and Co. were crooks is old news, IMO.

The new CEO Lias gave it back. What does that mean "gave it back"?

How about "why" did he give it back?
