RESPONSE FROM THE CO.
There's been a few hiccups that are causing a small delay. Apparently, some maniac is making accusations that we hijacked the company and he filed all kinds of complaints with the SEC and FINRA and everyone. Now, this is NOT true of course, and he is just an internet crazy, but as a result we now have to go back and have our documents with former officers/directors all notarized to make the Transfer Agent and OTC Markets feel comfortable. That's why there has been a delay. We are working feverishly to get everything done but you know its hard to get people who have no interest to get off their butt, and go out and get something notarized so we are pushing as hard as we can. The plan was to do a blanket document to free up all shares that have been held more than 12 months, but I cannot sign off on this (or any freeing up of shares) until the TA feels satisfied so that's the hold up. I sincerely apologize and I will work very hard to get this resolved so we can start putting out news and gaining momentum again.
