I called Computershare, the listed Transfer Agent.
The number on OTC Markets is for USA division. Spent 10-15 minutes on the phone to only be told the info is with the Canada division.

I called the Canada division (800-564-6253) only to be told the company has not provided the share structure to them. I can only be given the stock price with 20 min delay or any past corporate actions.
