That would be by the 31st. After watching Spana and crew for over four years, I can not honestly recall one time when they actually did execute on time. They had a deal with King Pharma about 3-5 years ago and that completely fell apart when the candidate did not perform up to its liking....now they have a drug much futher along and quite a few companies signed on that I would hope have conducted their own DD with their own scientists. So in a much better place, but none the less, I have never been and continue to not be a fan of Spana and his leadership crew. After 20+ years in business they have never succedded with a drug to market. NEVER! To me, that says something...

He is extremely good at two things....executing R&D and issuing warrants....all the while he pays himself and his crew handsome sums....they have huge overhead; all the while they have anemic execution and zero results in the way of revenue from pipeline sales...aka, royalties..
