Too funny. The Arrogance of GNID Chief Counsel Mark Basile will come back to bite him in the AS*. But these things take time, and will need to play out. Not leaving the "basement", anytime soon...

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
