I agree with what you stated and would like to add that I believe the most important reason for getting up-listed to NASDAQ is that it now allows institutional investors (professional fund managers, pension fund managers, etc.) to invest in ABWN. Professional funds are not allowed to invest in "penny stocks".
This is an absolute necessity for the success of ABWN.
