Maybe. Failure to deliver the website killed this. CEO is really going to test the patience here IMO. I don't believe we'll see anything here for at least a month. (filings, CE removal, name of the new company etc.) I sent another email to the TA today. I'll see what they say. As of a week ago they hadn't received any correspondence from the "issuer". I assume that means the CEO has not been in contact with them. I also assume he can't be working on filings without the share structure information. On the bright side I also assume that there can't be any dilution (which I don't believe there has been though some here think so) if the CEO has even contacted the TA yet.
