Well, if you wanted to buy 10,000 shares a day, do you think you could accomplish that by bid sitting?? I don't think so. So someone waits for a pullback in PIOE price (usually happens early in the day) then puts in a market order for around 10,000 shares with a limit price below $1.50; seems they want a nice little pile of PIOE shares, but have determined that around 10,000 shares is the most you can get (so far) without exceeding some maximum price that they have in mind.

Depending on how many shares they ultimately want, seems this could go on until the 10-K is filed. I'm OK with that. Especially on days like today when the broad market is so weak!
