So Aruda is selling, Bertolino is selling ( all his restricted stock is now vested ) and projected expenses for 2018 are 12MM ( 12-3 = 9 so Leo needs to sell 18MM shares at .50 lol price won’t stay there hence death spiral) I think IPIX is done because imo Prurisol fails ( the data will be spun but it fails ) and potential partners want a bigger trial To even consider partnering B.
