I can't see them reverse splitting now considering institutional holders now hold 30% of IPCI's 44M O/S.

So 1 would have to think that IPCI finally launching the long anticipated PODRAS human trials and CAT 2 & 3 HAP studies on their Oxy NDA candidate will be enough to bring in a fresh wave of optimism resulting in a trend reversal which takes the share price above $1 again.

But who the hell knows anymore.

I am impressed that they found a creative way of regaining NAZ compliance with the $2.5M shareholder equity position though...which appears to have only occurred due to the influence of Armistice, Sabby and Anson collectively owning approx. 12.3M shares between them.
