Rules on RM before closing is that public co. should give 80-90% OS to the priv co. shareholder. If CEO can't provide that then he needs to do RS before closing. Confirming no RS is so big for us. We don't need to uplist yet. We need pps to go up then will take it from there depending who is going to RM with us.
