No one else seems to be "begging the question" of 3rd party videos because we've done our DD. If you're that freaked out about it, simply don't invest and move on to the next venture. It's a good opportunity with a startup that is having startup issues. If it spooks you, then there are plenty of other penny opportunities available that may be more to your stress-level liking. IMHO
