As I said before I think their labeling of "pure anatabine" and "more effective" is simply a lie.
The reason why I think so is that most of the published results and all the anecdotal testimonials were from anatabine citrate, not from pure anatabine. I seriously doubt they (HydraPharm) did any new experiment with the pure anatabine. I am curious why knuts4oe brings that up repeatedly so tenaciously.
If what they sell is anatabine citrate, there is infringement, if pure anatabine, probably no infringement in my opinion.
