Did you also see that they called their one sale a "research and development unit". They couldn't even claim they sol their own product since they didn't manufacture it.
They don't even own the intellectual property they supposedly bought from Helix. There is absolutely no value to those old infeasible designs and irrelevant patents. Venger is the true owner, but they won't spend a penny in legal fees to dispute the worthless technology.
The reverse split didn't get approved for today like they asked. Looks like it is very possible FINRA realizes they are delinquent in required SEC filings and won't approve it. This scam is ready to just go away.
