lol Dennis Gartman. He was on Fox Business minutes ago. I never watch the network but happened to stop when I saw him.

the worst prognosticator in the world.

He just said we're in a bear market. INSTANTLY the Dow recovers 100 points. lol.

He makes these bold claims when the market or commodity or sector is down or up big, like the "oil will never be over $44 in my lifetime".
