Based on their recent Quarterly Review, IBC's financial outlook is much better now and the timing for its (expected) capital raise is favorable. With its order portfolio growing servicing its Fortune 500 customers is critical and a condition for continuity. I am sure that part of this money is meant for further investments in its manufacturing capability. Understand that pay back periods are ultra short and that investors are stand to benefit substantially from underwriting .
