Thank you, You are correct, it is a learning experience the day you think you got this, id the day you need to rethink. The case that you sent me I am aware of and have been for quite some time, I believe it was you that actually posted it a while back, on this or another form.

What gets me is the Gaul that they would do it again, and think that no one will step in AKA Delcath BOD. I can see where they might be able to get away with this on a monthly basis by hey this is going on daily with a massive amount of shares to hold this down, IF the rule of thumb is 3 days to pay for the shares then today will be explosive, but it won't they will cover then borrow again ad some has said rinse wash and repeat.

One CEO has said a while back is "one way to combat short selling is to keep buying shares", well back then that made sense now it seems you can either fail to deliver and have no repercussions. This Naked selling is ruining Retail perhaps that's the plan, they want in to let them we will rob them blind legally. Anyway, thanks, When I state "where are these stocks coming from" I am being sarcastic. I have e-mailed the site asking if they are aware of the naked shorting that is going on and how are they going to combat this? We all know where this e-mail will go.
