PIOE has ALWAYS kept their word - my experience.

I have held shares in PIOE and PIOIQ for about 1 year. I have also been doing DD on this company and sharing most of it with this board for the same amount of time.

Over this past year I can state, unequivocally, that PIOE has always kept its word to its shareholders. AND, they have always informed us in a timely matter regarding important events. Just take a look at the news releases below which began after their emergence from bankruptcy.

Consider also the fact that this will be the first 10-K filing after bankruptcy for PIOE and the first 10-K filing for RCP Advisors since being acquired by PIOE.

Consider that the long-established public equity advisor HNNA filed an 85-page 10-K in their most recent report. (PIOE's could easily be longer than this one.)

Also, even though RCP has been filing FORMs ADV for quite awhile which generally run over 100 pages, a 10-K filing will contain much different information and so should be expected to require a considerable effort on their part.

Also consider that PIOE has over $270M worth of NOLs that need to be protected at all costs. It might take just one wrong word or perhaps even one wrong comma to invalidate those NOLs in the eyes of the IRS (and you know the IRS will be going over this 10-K with a fine-toothed comb likely).

Taking ALL this into consideration, I do not find it surprising that PIOE has not yet filed their 10-K. They still have 9 more days to file on time, and if needed, an additional 15-day extension period.

My opinion is I hope that PIOE takes all the time that it requires to get this 10-K 100+% correct. I am extremely confident they will get it done if not on time, then definitely within the allowed extension period. I cannot overstate my confidence that this 10-K will be done properly and within the required time limit.

I've got a LOT of money riding on this company (as do others), and would not speak so confidently if I didn't believe it 100%.
