They have to file in order to get the stop removed even if they are a non reporting company. If they never file anything ever then how will people invest in them. We will never move up if they don't file anything. Yes they are a non reporting but that's not a good thing for the shareholders. We are totally blinded here. This will move up when they have revenue and solid contracts.
