Cemtrex closed at $2.81 which is exactly where it closed on January 1st. Of course, it established a new low of $2.37 in the meantime. All of the "exciting" news that Saagar announced fell flat, but the tens of thousands or more dollars that he subsequently paid to sleazy promoters found a few new suckers and kept this scam treading water. It's been about a year since the class action lawsuits were announced, and Saagar clearly sees the scammobile headed for a brick wall. He's piling ploy atop ploy at a willy nilly pace in an effort to keep the back seat loaded with shareholders. When he finally flings the door open and rolls to safety in the settlement, those pathetic souls will never know what hits them.
