Two days as a CPA! Looking through the financials one of the main things I? always look at is potential dilution. Note 6 refers to the newly issued note: Me personally, I? think that the lessor of .05 or Market Price is very reasonable. This amounts to 12,720,000 shares of potential dilution which is very insignificant in the grand scheme of things. These shares are obviously for a revenue producing asset which the current business model has already shown to generate large revenues and working toward generating greater bottom lines. In the long run I? personally believe that although they could probably find cheaper financing that this would only dilute the stock price by less than 4% (12,720,000 Shares Convertible/352,315,147 Total Shares Outstanding). I’m long after seeing audited financials!
