Binding LOI - On February 28, 2018, the Company issued a binding letter of intent to purchase 100% of the issued and outstanding membership interests of a licensed pharmacy from its members. The purchase price for the acquisition of the pharmacy will be $300,000 payable in cash upon the conclusion of the acquisition, which is subject to approval by various regulatory authorities.
