I only assume it is in CO because of this statement from a release. I never thought about fraud like everyone is speculating so I just left it at it must be in CO if it is registered there. I just assumed it would have said registered in NC or another state if so but I honestly do not know the laws enough to know if that matters. All an assumption ... and we know what that makes.
