2.5 months later, Wayne hasn't even applied to FINRA for this "divvy". No doubt because of his busy schedule. Still laughing.


Wayne may be out of cash. It's hard to use shares for generating cash or paying for services when the shares aren't being traded. Other than lossing his mojo, this lack of cash may be the cause of the delays we are experiencing.
