Yep! The investors will need to wait for the audited SEC financial report! The 10-K is due by March 30, but an NT 10-K will be filed, extending the "due date" until mid-April. Just a guess, the 10-K will be "HO-HUM...YAWN", so the investors will really be waiting on "verifiable" positive results from the Q1 10-Q, which should be filed in mid-May!

Honestly, this DPW investor lacks confidence!

IMO, the CEO likes himself far too much! We shall see!
