There're not 6000 shareholders. A number that Treaty keeps making larger and larger... It's more like 600.

In 2013 there were 1,391 shareholders of record according to VStock Transfer LLC. There has got to be less now after the SEC fraud charges and SEC suspension relegating TECO to the Grey Market.
