Xtra Airways
For what its worth.
There's a rumor on the Airline Pilot Central Forum that Xtra will shut down in May. They were the sister company of Songbird.
If its true, there's another certificate that could be available... and they are still operating. Songbird was never an option in my opinion as they had been dormant for so long.
