Just throwing this out as a crazy thought.

Maybe these 2 latest ADV's we've found needed to be done to clear the decks for the upcoming 10-K? Just some last minute paperwork?

One thing for sure is that PIOE/RCP has to make sure that nothing they do screws up the $270M in NOLs that PIOE has. Could be that they just got some recent clarification from IRS or maybe one of their own lawyers discovered something. Or maybe they're just being extra cautious.

Whatever it is I know they will be 110% positive that nothing in the 10-K will have an effect on their NOLs. So please, please, don't rush and make sure all is OK. (I don't know who I'm talking to, but I have absolute confidence that PIOE/RCP will have it all down perfectly.)
