Joe, the "$619 Billion debt" was because of the multiple claims made by some creditors. After LBHI carefully reviewed and investigated the claims, it turns out that there are only $360 Billion claims that are legitimate and can be allowed.

Now, what happen to the $290 Billion remaining Assets of LBHI? If it is gone by the wind, can LBHI consider the $290 Billion as losses?
