Muff, Total liquidation means just that. The creditors have no incentive to have anything left for the OBS. The administrators are under court order to liquidate everything. The cancellation of debt will eliminate all NOLs.

There is not pathway for the CTs, preferreds, and common to see any kind of recovery. That is not opinion. That is factual.
